GOpay do not hold any monies and provides a conduit between you the customer, and your bank. All transactions are secured by 128 bit SSL encryption.

Terms and Conditions for GOpay
Please read our Terms and Conditions before proceeding as the User must acknowledge that GOpay and the gateway provider have agreed to provide the Service in reliance upon the disclaimers and limitations of liability, and the disclaimers of warranty set forth in this Agreement, that the same form an essential basis of the bargain between the parties, and that GOpay would not have agreed to provide the Service but for such disclaimers and limitations.

Annual Payment Gateway Licence Fee (Including GST):
GOpay Customers First year - $385.00  and subsequent years - $275.00

GOpay and GObookings (also AppointmentDiary) customers: First year $200.00 and subsequent years - $200.00

GObookings or AppointmentDiary customers only: First year $200.00 and subsequent years - $200.00

Payment Terms:
Your payment gateway licence fee for the first year must be paid in full by clicking on the red 'Pay Now' button on the next form (Fax Form) to appear after you have sent this Application Form.
When we receive this completed Application Form and your payment has been received with the Fax Form faxed through to us we will then  issue your GOpay access codes to enable you to connect to the online payment gateway staging area for testing your web site and links.

When you are satisfied all is working correctly and has been thoroughly tested you will need to give notice of at least two full working days to 'go live' after we have received from you your online merchant number.

GObookings customers will 'go live' immediately after we have received from you your online merchant number which will then allow you to take a credit card payment with a reservation/booking.

Payment gateway licence fees for subsequent years are payable prior to the commencement of each subsequent year.
Payment is online by credit card.

Note - P33 Plan entitle you to keep up to 1,000 Items listed in your "GOpay Online Store" database. For each additional 1000 items (or part thereof) an additional fee of $22.00 per month will apply.

Payment Terms for all Merchants:
You will be invoiced at the end of each month for all transactions and other fees, with invoices being payable net 14 days from date of invoice. Your Credit Card will be automatically charged within this period for the applicable amount and invoice/receipt will be sent to you.
For larger volume accounts other payment arrangements can be organised with GOpay and GObookings.

When able to input your merchant number and all necessary paperwork has been completed.

You shall maintain a copy of audit logs sent to you for a period of 12 months. 
These records must be kept in a secure place.

The Services

Subject to the terms of this agreement, we will provide access to the E-Commerce payment gateway. This connection system is maintained and serviced by us and enables you to communicate:

(a) Electronically:

(i) receive an Authorisation Request;

(ii) obtain an Authorisation Request Response;

(iii) transmit the Authorisation Request Response for the Merchant:

(b) Provides detailed Reports as agreed.

Where:

"Acquirer" means [the institution to be agreed'].

"Authorisation Request" means an electronic request by Merchant for the instructions of a Card Issuer of its agent to either accept or decline a Card Transaction.

"Authorised Request Response" means the Instructions issued via an electronic message by a Card Issuer or its agent to either accept or decline an Authorised Request.

"Card" means those Bankcards, Mastercards, Visa Cards and such other credit and debit cards as supported by GOpay and the Camtech gateway.

"Card Transaction" means a valid sales transaction or sales refund transaction attempted by you pursuant to the agreement between the Acquirers and you.

"Card Issuer" means the institution which issues a Card to Cardholders.


  Execution Warranty 

The persons providing this information and executing this agreement for and on, 
your behalf warrants that s/he have the authority to execute this agreement.
